We also ask that you place your order with us atleast 2-3 days in advance from the day you need your gift basket or flower arrangement delivered. 4. Terms and prices are subject to change without notice at anytime. 5. Rochelles Gift Baskets and Flowers is not responsible or liable for any harm or injury due to the purchase of our products. FAQ 1.How can I place an order? You can contact us by phone or e-mail during our hours of operation. 2. What areas do you deliver in? All of the San Antonio area. Out of San Antonio area, state or international can be shipped and delivered in 5-7 business days via United State Postal Service. 3. What information is needed when placing my order? We will need your contact name, phone number, address and email address in order to bill for payment and location where you would like your Gift Basket or Flower arrangement delivered. 4. Can I cancel an order? Yes, you have 48hrs from the day we confirmed your order. If cancelled after 48hrs, 25% of original purchase price discussed will be due after cancellation. 5. What happens if I am not satisfied with my giftbasket/flower arrangement/corsage? Please contact us immediately. |
